I lost 2 more pounds I am pretty happy with that.  I will just stay focused.  Thank you all for your support it makes it a little easier to know that I am not alone in this struggle.

    If your struggling, try eating differently. I bought a new cookbook, and I know it has a lot of stuff i wouldn’t put into my food, but I just omit it. We has a chicken breat last night, that I cooked in fresh squeed orange juice. even the kids loved it. Then I had a lot of veggies under 300 cals. not bad for a dinner. Good luck, and just keep track of what you are doing, and write everything down.
